Le Siam Hotel Silom Bangkok by PCL

The staff and location of this hotel are outstanding! I want to particularly recognize Monrat and Apichart for their friendliness and assistance throughout my month-long stay. Hotel is located close to everything.

The staff are simply wonderful Housekeeping is prompt and well done I have traveled throughout BKK and this is a great little hotel with wonderful staff

Location , staff communication and room clean with flexibility of check in and check out time .

Hard to find as the hotel don¿t have name in English , so when we arrived , taxi need to call and check with receptionist.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable room and bed.

Bring your own slippers. The ones hotel provides are not disposable and cannot be washed and were used by previous guests.

The staff was super! I felt right at home, and I would love to stay there again. The location is prime for getting around the city. The breakfasts were great.

I had some difficulty with the Wi-Fi. Nothing serious, just not the best.

Hidden Silom gem near MRT and BTS

Great location. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast - cereal, eggs, sausages, toast, fresh fruit, espresso machine, various Asian dishes (Nov 2025). The breakfast is much improved from previous reviews.

Great location. Have stayed at the hotel many times.

Breakfast isn’t great and when I asked for late check-out a day before departure was only told an hour before that the hotel was full.

Great and friendly staff who were very welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast was poor, little selection and always busy as only a few tables.

The room was comfortable and there were enough places to put my belongings to keep them organized. The bathtub and shower were phenomenal!! That was one of the best features, but some instruction about how to adjust the water temperature or turn off the shower would have been helpful. (If you had some, it was not in the bathroom where I could see it when I was struggling with the shower the first time.) The air conditioner kept the room cool.

I question why a long-stay guest (such as myself, as we stayed five days) was put on the second floor, right next to the meeting room or breakfast room. That, combined with construction noise on the first floor, made it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep late or sleep during the day.

Great location, but what makes Le Siam stand out is the warm welcome and friendliness of the staff. They always looks after you well. Nothing is too much trouble.

I was genuinely taken aback by how caring and supportive everyone was. During my stay in Bangkok, I was on crutches and quickly realized that I had overestimated what I would actually be able to do on my own. The hotel staff went far beyond anything I could have expected to make my stay not only possible, but genuinely comfortable.They brought food to my room several times a day, the housekeeping team helped me with every little thing and always responded kindly to my requests. At one point they even went shopping for me, bought a sun hat, and did a live FaceTime try-on so I didn’t have to make the trip to the mall myself. That is truly extraordinary customer orientation.Beyond that, the hotel itself is spotlessly clean, perfectly located, and every member of the team — from the reception and porters to housekeeping and security — was unfailingly friendly and supportive. Their kindness and dedication left me honestly speechless.I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone and have already told all my friends about it. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Bangkok. Thank you so so much.

The location is superb. I have been staying at this hotel many times when I visit Bangkok for holiday. Currently the breakfast option might not be as fanciful as before, but still simple and nice.

Nothing that I didn't like but while I was planning for trip next year, I noticed the price of hotel rates has increased alot.... :(

Check in process was quick, friendly reception staff. Location is very good. Probably 5 min walk to skytrain and around 15min to MRT SILOM. New Food Mall just beside the hotel, with a grocery store in the basement. Convenient to reach the train, to walk through in case of rain. Room was clean, water was provided even when I had DND sign. Thank You! Bathroom amenities, umbrellas, bathrobes provided.

Maybe bcz my room was on 2nd floor, due to traffic it was a bit noisy.

Excellent location a block from Saladaeng BTS skytrain. Close to many stores, restaurants and entertainment. Suite is a good size with comfortable bed.

This suite only had hard wooden dining chairs, no comfortable task desk chair for working. Breakfast buffet was pretty basic. No eggs or omelets to order. No self-serve cappuccino maker, and supervisor told his staff not to make me one (I was staying in the most expensive suite). I'd skip the breakfast option next time.

Great location near BTS & MRT stations

It would have been better if breakfast choices were not the same every day for the 10 days that we stayed in the hotel.

It is the best located hotel in Silom. The rooms are modern and comfortable. But the bed was the best I have had including higher end and more expensive properties. The staff were very helpful as I had a WiFi issue. They tried to help me and never rushed me. The next morning I found out it was a problem with my phone settings. I will always stay at this property when I have plans to be in Silom.

Been staying here many times when I visit Bangkok. Always love this hotel cos the staffs are so friendly and the location is convenient. Happy that now they resume back buffet breakfast.

Nice cozy hotel with clean and spacious rooms nearby MRT and BTS infrastructure.

The swimming pool was not very clean and kind of small for really swimming.
